Jaspal Kandola
Co-Founder & Director, Apex Climate Solutions
As Co-Founder of Apex Climate Solutions, Jaspal brings a unique background to the heating and plumbing industry. Formerly a qualified primary school teacher specialising in Special Educational Needs (SEN), he transitioned full-time into his passion for trade services alongside his business partner, Nathan.
Today, Jaspal services homeowners, landlords, and letting agents across the West Midlands, building long-term relationships centred on clear communication, absolute reliability, and exceptional workmanship. Outside of work, Jaspal is a dedicated husband and father to two boys, driven by the goal of building a trusted business his family can be proud of.

Nathan Williams
Co-Founder & Director, Apex Climate Solutions
Nathan is the co-founder of Apex Climate Solutions and a fully qualified plumber and Gas Engineer with over 15 years of industry experience. Since qualifying in 2011, he has expanded his expertise from general plumbing and bathroom installations to advanced heating, boiler, and F-Gas-certified air conditioning systems.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Nathan prides himself on delivering reliable, high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service on every project.
